Phase I: Content and Knowledge (Attend 2 Phase I activities)

• 2023 Summer CLAS Convention
• 2023 AAESA Fall Instructional Leadership Conference
• 2023 AASSP/AAMSP Fall Conference
• One 2023-2024 Leadership Institute

Phase II: Implementation (Complete ONE)  
Submit chosen Implementation to pd@clasleaders.org.

• Submit Reflective Summary
• Submit Plan of Action to advance teaching and learning
• Submit Implementation Log noting 25 hours of effective implementation 
  
  (Note: Effective implementation should include activities that you have led/facilitated or activities where you met, discussed, or collaborated regarding the knowledge gained with colleagues and/or stakeholders as related to Standard II: Teaching and Learning. Implementation must note evidence of your specific leadership in your organization.)

Phase III: Evaluation (Required)

• Complete training surveys
• Complete online PLU Evaluation form
