Advisors will provide guidance and support as participants explore student and adult learning using the NAESP six competencies that characterize Leading Pre-K-3 Learning Communities: Competencies for Effective Principal Practice.
For active or retired principals, directors, or leaders of a Pre-K-3 program, school or agency with exemplary experience leading early learning.
For those who are currently serving as principal, director, or leader of a Pre-K-3 program, school or agency, and who desires to further their skills as a Pre-K-3 leader.
Alabama Pre-K-3 Leadership Academy is provided in partnership with CLAS, Alabama Department of Early Childhood Education, National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP), and American Institutes for Research (AIR).
